This house is a bargain. It is located  off Pleasant Street, near the edge of the historic Nantucket Town limits – But what a great house! Downtown is still easily accessible.

There’s plenty of room to spread out. There is a great kitchen. There is an en-suite bath for each of the five bedrooms. There are even a double set of washer dryers.

This original  bank barn on York Street has been converted to a house that has proved to be one of our most popular rentals in Nantucket Town. It is  a property that is scaled for a large group. Because it was a barn, there are large spaces for gathering, and multiple gathering areas.

The house sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms. There are 2 King Bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and three more bedrooms containing 5 twin beds.

It is a good place to entertain. There is a large kitchen, a dining room table that seats at least 10, and three different living areas on three levels.

Oops, I almost forgot – I need to tell you the rent. The rent for the three day weekend, is $2000 plus a $500 security deposit – and that is about as good as it gets!
